CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER RENOVATION

Project Description

Design Build project of 14000 SF Child Development Center.  Work includes the design and build of new HVAC system for the building, new roof, new playground surfaces.   Addition to the mechanical room to accommodate new HVAC equipment, pumps, boilers and HW heaters.   HVAC systems to include new VAV, chiller, boilers, HW heating system.  Replacement of the facilities windows with new energy efficient windows.
