N4 N5 CORROSION PIPE LINING

Project Description

Design Build Project which includes the lining of existing storm water piping running under highway.   Piping in conveyance for Black River and is delineated as a trout stream requiring NYS DEC permitting.   Lining is required to rehabilitate existing storm water piping which has corroded over the years.   Lining in lieu of replacement was chosen due to ease and construction cost savings.
