5000 sf Pre-engineered building, standing seam metal roof, insulated metal panels, in floor radiant heat, helicopter hangar space and administration section which includes dormitory rooms for ambulance crew, commercial kitchen, restrooms, mechanical room and telecom room for facility support.  Site work include new water, sewer, electrical service, site restoration.
