Project Description

Renovation of over 30,000 SQFT of a historical WWII building to include complete selective demo of interior walls, ceiling, utility infrastructures.  Lead and asbestos abatement required.  Hazardous waste disposal of these materials.  New work includes new partition walls, ceilings, finishes, VCT flooring, new bathrooms, kitchenette, storage areas, secure classrooms, new mezzanine, conference rooms, and office spaces.  New electrical, fire protection and HVAC system upgrades.
