Project Description
Project included the rehabilitation and renovation of the light house station including concrete brick repair, repair of the existing railing system and erection of new pipe railings; repair of exterior stucco, exterior paint, repair interior plaster and paint, repair lantern enclosure, restore historical windows and glass, restore interior wainscoting and wood work Repair roof and repair and paint interior staircase system. New lift station and 3000 LF of underwater pressure pipe to lift station across the Saint Lawrence River.
